Bioethics 2008 > > Overview

Bioethics, Biomedical Research, and Human Rights is a program designed to analyze and discuss the ethical, legal, and social issues surrounding biomedical research. The program is a collaboration between Fundación Crimson, Harvard Medical International, Case Western University, and the Torcuato DiTella University. It brings together students from the United States and Argentina to analyze the latest technological developments in the biomedical sciences field and their impact on society. The discussions will revolve around the relation between biomedical research, ethics and human rights, with an emphasis on the latest advances in genomics, stem cells, and neuroscience.
